SupremeArk Purchase Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing any digital product, service, or donation package from the SupremeArk shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

   • No refunds, exchanges, or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
   • This includes (but is not limited to): server wipes, bans, technical issues, accidental purchases, or loss of in-game items.
   • In the event of a wipe, tokens will be retained, but delivered items, creatures, and structures will be wiped as part of the reset.

2. DIGITAL GOODS & DELIVERY

   • All products are considered digital and are delivered virtually to the associated game account or character.
   • Delivery may be delayed if the player is not in the game or many purchases are made. It is your responsibility to ensure you have enough inventory space and can receive the item.

3. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

   • Any attempt to issue a chargeback, dispute a payment, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in:
     • A permanent ban from the entire SupremeArk cluster.
     • Revocation of all access to our Discord, website, and community services.
     • Potential reporting to payment processors and legal action where applicable.

4. DONATIONS

   • All donations are voluntary and are not in exchange for goods or services, unless otherwise specified.
   • Donating does not exempt you from following server rules or protect you from admin actions.

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

   • You are solely responsible for ensuring your correct Steam/Epic account, character ID, and server are selected during purchase.
   • Misuse or mistakes are not eligible for correction or refunds.

6. MODIFICATIONS & REMOVALS

   • We reserve the right to modify, remove, or change purchased items, roles, or access if:
     • Server balance is affected.
     • Abuse or exploitation is detected.
     • Game updates require adjustments.

7. POLICY CHANGES

   • These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the latest version.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not make a purchase.
